SERVICE POLICY & APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Chris Jacobs The Comb Salon currently accepts walk-in customers.
All appointments can be scheduled online. You may also call the salon at 714.714.0332 or email us to make any additional changes to an appointment.
We recommend booking your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your needs and your availability.
We love reviews so please tell us about your recent appointment so that we can get feedback of how we did.
We also love referrals. If you have a Facebook account, use the Check-In function to let your friends and family know about your salon experience.
Please arrive on time. All appointments that are not honored within one hour of your appointment time with no notification of a late arrival will be cancelled.
Cancellation of an appointment needs to be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
