*Preview Sessions are an important part of our client's process of determining the desired look for the wedding or special event. Please bring pictures and accessories to give us an idea of the look that you are requesting.

* To secure an appointment for your upcoming event; there is a $50 Preview Session Consultation fee to discuss in detail all aspects of the look and a backup style option.

Gratuity is not added to this service rate. The industry tip standard is 15% to 20%. Tips are not required; however, they are appreciated.

* All clients/brides must be on time. This will enable a nice continual flow of the day thereafter for your Hair Stylist to be on time to meet with other brides that are also scheduled for their booked appointments.

* Should our stylist have to cancel due to personal reasons; you will be notified immediately and have the option to reschedule or be offered a full refund.

* All appointment cancellation requests, service time changes must be done ​2 days before your scheduled date.
